Thank you for visiting and shopping at SipSisters. We’re committed to delivering your freshly roasted coffee promptly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Note: During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or product launches), processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $[amount] or free for orders over $[threshold]

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $[amount]

  • Local Pickup/Delivery (if applicable): Free – we’ll notify you when your order is ready

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any carrier delays.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within:

  • The United Kingdom

  • [Other countries, if applicable]

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier’s website.

Shipping of Fresh Coffee

To ensure freshness, we roast and ship our coffee to order. If your order contains whole beans or ground coffee, please note:

  • We recommend using your coffee within 2-4 weeks of receiving it for optimal flavor.

  • All coffee is packed in resealable, airtight bags with one-way valves to preserve freshness during transit.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us at bigsis@sipsisters.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to replace or refund the order as needed.
